Minor updates, along with email and phone support, are provided for a period of 30 days after a new site is taken live. After the 30 days have passed, clients are strongly encouraged to purchase a Website Maintenance Contract at a cost of $35.00 per month. Clients who host their site with us will receive a 25% discount at a cost of $26.25 per month.



A Maintenance Agreement includes the following:

• Unlimited basic site updates at no additional charge. This can include changes to text, changes to images and addition of links.
• Additional maintenance and major additions is billed at a discounted rate of $65.00/hour (25% off). This includes new pages, new images, major changes to navigation and overall structure.
• Updates are guaranteed to be completed within 48 hours.
• Unlimited Email and Phone support/consulting.
• You may cancel your Maintenance Agreement at any time, by giving one month's written notice. A pro-rated refund will be given for any unused period of the advance annual payment.
• In the absence of a maintenance agreement, any site updates or modifications will be subject to a $85.00/hour fee. There will be a 30 minute minimum charge for any updates ($42.50).
